DPP Compliance Checklist

This checklist is based on the information from the Worldfavor blog and is intended to be a starting point for your compliance journey.

    Is all compliance documentation, including declaration of conformity, technical documentation, and conformity certificates, available?

  • Substances of concern

    Are requirements related to substances of concern met and documented?

  • User manuals, instructions, warnings, or safety information

    Are user manuals, instructions, warnings, and safety information provided?

  • Manufacturer, operators, and importer information

    Is relevant information related to the manufacturer, operators, and importer included?

  • Unique facility identifiers

    Is relevant information related to unique facility identifiers included?

  • Installation, use, maintenance, and repair information

    Is relevant information for consumers and end-users on how to install, use, maintain, and repair the product to minimize negative impact and ensure long-term durability provided?

  • Return or disposal information

    Is relevant information for consumers and end-users on how to return or dispose of the product at end-of-life provided?

  • Disassembly, recycling, or disposal information for treatment facilities

    Is relevant information for treatment facilities on disassembly, recycling, or disposal at end-of-life provided?

  • Other relevant information

    Is other relevant information that may influence the way the product is handled by parties other than the manufacturer included?
