These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Digital Passport Hub concerning your access to and use of our Digital Product Passport platform.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access our platform.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our platform for your business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer your account access to any third party
• Attempt to circumvent any platform limitations or security measures

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of product data uploaded to the platform
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary rights to share product information

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Your continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
